We aim to keep the information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current or error-free.

Any SEO examples, case studies, rankings, traffic growth, revenue figures or marketing results shown on this website are provided as examples of past work or performance. They do not guarantee the same or similar results for every client.

4. Our Services

When you hire 4Core Digital, the exact scope of work will be agreed separately through a proposal, quote, email, invoice, contract, project brief or written communication.

Your service scope may include one-time work, monthly retainers, audits, consulting, SEO implementation, content recommendations, technical SEO tasks, link building, paid advertising management or other digital marketing support.

Only the services clearly agreed in writing will be included.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or approval.

5. No Guaranteed SEO Results

SEO and digital marketing results depend on many factors, including:

  • Website condition
  • Competition
  • Industry
  • Search demand
  • Technical issues
  • Content quality
  • Backlink profile
  • Website authority
  • Google algorithm updates
  • Client implementation speed
  • Budget
  • Market conditions
  • Third-party platform changes

For this reason, 4Core Digital does not guarantee:

  • First-page rankings
  • Number one rankings
  • Specific keyword positions
  • Fixed traffic growth
  • Fixed lead numbers
  • Fixed sales or revenue
  • Exact timeline for results
  • Approval from Google Business Profile or third-party platforms

We use ethical, white-hat SEO and digital marketing practices, but search engines and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties.

6. Client Responsibilities

To complete work properly, clients may need to provide:

  • Website access
  • CMS access
  • Google Search Console access
  • Google Analytics / GA4 access
  • Google Business Profile access
  • Hosting or developer access where needed
  • Brand assets
  • Business information
  • Target locations
  • Service details
  • Product details
  • Login credentials where required
  • Timely feedback and approvals

You are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring you have the right to use any content, images, logos, trademarks, data or materials shared with us.

Delays in access, feedback, approvals or required information may delay project timelines.

7. Proposals, Quotes and Pricing

All prices, quotes and proposals are valid only for the period stated in the proposal or communication.

If no validity period is mentioned, pricing may be changed or withdrawn at any time before work begins.

Pricing may vary based on:

  • Project scope
  • Website size
  • Number of pages
  • Competition level
  • Technical complexity
  • Content requirements
  • Link building requirements
  • Number of target locations
  • Number of platforms involved
  • Monthly workload

Any additional work requested after the original agreement may be charged separately.

8. Payments

Payment terms will be shared in the proposal, invoice, contract or written agreement. Depending on the project, payment may be required:

  • Upfront
  • Monthly
  • Milestone-wise
  • Hourly
  • Before delivery of final files
  • Before work begins

If payment is delayed, we may pause work, delay delivery or withhold final deliverables until payment is received.

For monthly SEO or marketing retainers, payment is usually required before or at the start of the service period unless otherwise agreed.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

SEO, marketing, audit, consulting, content, strategy and implementation work involves time, research and professional effort. Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Completed work
  • Work already started
  • SEO audits
  • Strategy documents
  • Consulting time
  • Content already written
  • Technical work already completed
  • Link building outreach already started
  • Monthly retainers already in progress
  • Third-party costs already paid

If you wish to cancel an ongoing service, please inform us in writing.

Cancellation terms may depend on the agreement, project scope and work already completed.

10. Revisions and Approvals

Where revisions are included, the number of revisions and revision scope will be based on the agreed proposal or project brief. Revision requests should relate to the original agreed scope.

Major changes, new requirements or changes after approval may be treated as additional work and may require extra charges.

Once content, strategy, designs or deliverables are approved by the client, further changes may be charged separately.

11. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our work may involve third-party tools and platforms such as:

  • Google Search Console

  • Email platforms
  • Reporting tools
  • SEO plugins
  • Third-party directories
  • Content or link building platforms

We are not responsible for issues, downtime, policy changes, account suspensions, bugs, tracking errors or decisions made by third-party platforms.

Any third-party subscription, advertising spend, plugin cost, hosting cost, theme cost, tool cost or external service fee is the client's responsibility unless clearly included in the agreed scope.

12. Advertising Services

If we manage paid advertising campaigns, the client is responsible for advertising spend unless otherwise agreed.

We may help with strategy, campaign setup, optimisation and reporting, but we do not guarantee specific ad results, cost per lead, sales volume, conversion rate or return on ad spend.

Advertising platforms such as Google, Meta and others may approve, reject, limit or suspend ads based on their own policies.

If link building is included in the service, we focus on ethical and white-hat approaches. However, link building results can vary depending on:

  • Industry
  • Website quality
  • Content quality
  • Publisher response
  • Competition
  • Outreach acceptance
  • Editorial review
  • Third-party website policies

We do not guarantee that every outreach attempt will result in a backlink.

We do not support spam links, automated link schemes, link farms, hacked links or unsafe SEO practices.

14. Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, content, documents, strategies, reports, recommendations and deliverables created by 4Core Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

After full payment, the client may use the agreed deliverables for their own business purposes.

4Core Digital may retain the right to use general knowledge, frameworks, methods, templates, processes and non-confidential learnings developed during the project.

You may not resell, copy, distribute or publish our strategies, reports, templates or documents as your own without written permission.

Any private business information, login details, strategy documents, analytics data, customer data or internal information shared with us will be treated as confidential.

We will not intentionally share confidential client information with third parties unless:

  • Required to perform the agreed service
  • Approved by the client
  • Required by law
  • Required by a relevant platform or service provider for the project

18. Website Access and Security

If you provide access to your website, hosting, CMS, analytics, advertising accounts or other platforms, you are responsible for ensuring access is authorised.

We recommend using secure access methods, limited permissions where possible and changing passwords after project completion where appropriate.

4Core Digital is not responsible for issues caused by third-party access, weak passwords, hosting problems, malware, plugin conflicts, previous developer work or platform vulnerabilities.

  • Additional client requests

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver work on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.
